Far from being the most appealing part of the bathroom, toilets have surprised us by reinventing themselves. Most toilets are in ceramic but the models are as varied as they are surprising.

From the traditional model to the more contemporary version, it is as much a question of taste as a question of installation. The installation of a toilet is not the same when renovating or building.

Classic models suit all types of bathroom, if they are installed there, and are the most common model. Their main advantage is the capacity to save water thanks to the single or double flush button.

Fashionable these days, suspended toilets are appreciated for their modern, aesthetic and elegant appearance. They also have other advantages: less noisy, more hygienic as the floor can be cleaned properly, more ergonomic thanks to the adjustment of the height of the bowl.

Other models are becoming more and more attractive: toilets with a multiple option washing facility, toilets with or without a flange – the upper interior of the bowl that hides the area where the flush water is propelled. The version without a flange is more hygienic and easier to clean.

Finally, some brands compete with ingenuity to offer designer models that transform toilets into jewels of technology.

Keep in mind, however, that the selected toilet must be compatible with the evacuation system: toilets are not merely a matter of style!
